Changes, Cancellations and Refunds:
Check-in time is 2:00-8:00pm. A $50 surcharge applies to arrivals after 10:00pm. If you're going to be arriving later than 8:00pm, please reach out and let us know so we can make arrangements to greet you in person.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please call or send us an email and we'd be happy to assist you. The policies below reflect the fact that it is very difficult for us to rebook short notice cancellations, especially mid-season.

Before May 31 - you can (1) change your reservation at no charge, (2) receive a full credit toward a future stay, or (3) receive a cash refund less 35%

After May 31 - receive 50% refund in cash or credit toward a future stay

Short notice - No refund or credit for changes made with less than 14 days notice

Credits are issued as gift certificates and are valid until the end of the following season.
Camping is an all season sport and our tents are always dry. We do not give refunds based on inclement weather.
